So let's see how native runtime does.ĮDIT 2: I have full radio-no stutters, no crackles, and no song skips. And if it still doesn't work, I'll see what happens in steam runtime for good measure.ĮDIT: I got impatient waiting for stuff to compile, and somehow it's still not solved in steam runtime with GE. So I'm installing them now, and we'll see if I get full radio compatibility. I don't think that should usually matter, except it does for me because I'm also using steam-native (deliberately and I know what I'm doing).
I was already running 5.21-GE-1 this whole time, but I didn't realize until today that I actually don't(!) have gstreamer's ugly plugins installed on my system, be they lib32 or not.
It sounds like this problem should already be solved in the newest builds of GloriousEggroll (proton-ge-custom), because they DO seem to come with all of the gstreamer plugins, in case anyone else doesn't want to wait.
